Preservation of our clients’ privacy is very important at James Barclay Pty Ltd. We make all efforts to protect your privacy in relation to your personal information and confirm that all information submitted by our clients will be processed in accordance with the appropriate state and federal regulations.
The information collected throughout our interactions will only be used for lawful purposes which directly relate to the primary function of providing architectural services. James Barclay Pty Ltd will not collect any more information than is necessary for it fulfil these functions.
James Barclay Pty Ltd retains the personal information of clients only for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws. In accordance with the NSW Architects Code of Conduct 2017, this information will be retained for a period of 6 years after the completion of all architectural services, after which point personal data will be destroyed or returned to the client.

James Barclay Pty Ltd will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your consent, unless legally required to do so. Photography:
We regularly photograph our projects and activities as a practice, and many of these photographs will include members of the public. We use our photos on various platforms including our website, social media and print publications. We share photos with the press, where they may appear in print or online publications and on social media. We also share photos with clients and third parties, such as suppliers, for use in their own marketing.
